Define and execute the insights and dashboarding roadmap
Serve as the construction industry expert on the product team
Engage directly with general contractors and project teams to understand their data workflows
Translate construction workflows and data needs into detailed product requirements
Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality analytics features
Work with internal and customer data to identify patterns
Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to position analytics features
Develop product management skills and contribute deep construction domain knowledge

5+ years of experience in the construction industry
Deep understanding of construction scheduling, Critical Path Method (CPM), and project planning methodologies
Hands-on experience working with construction project data, creating reports, dashboards, or analytics
Track record of improving workflows and implementing software tools
Comfortable working with software tools and learning new systems quickly
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams
Eagerness to learn product management best practices
