Planning, implementation and oversight of Clinical Information Systems (CIS) deployments for new and existing clients
Analyzing processes and developing functional specifications for CIS implementation
Gathering product requirements in collaboration with clients, marketing, sales, development and consulting
Working independently within a committed project team to achieve strategic company objectives
Independently resolving challenges and overcoming obstacles with tact and assertiveness

Several years of project management experience in a software development environment
In-depth understanding of administrative and clinical workflows in hospitals
Strong communication skills and a pronounced IT affinity
Ideally, experience in consulting projects or a project management certification
Enjoyment of varied tasks and willingness to undertake occasional business travel (approx. 20%)
