Manage a diverse caseload of fraud cases, from inception to resolution.
Conducting thorough investigations, including gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses.
Drafting Pleadings, instructions to counsel and comprehensive reports to clients.
Maintain accurate records and case files using the firm’s case management system.
Complying with MI requirements.
Liaise with clients and external parties, providing updates and ensuring case progression.
Collaborate with clients, insurers, and other parties to obtain necessary evidence and documentation.
Deploying agreed legal strategies and ensuring efficient case development.

Previous and tangible experience handling fraud or motor insurance claims
Strong knowledge of the UK legal system and civil litigation process
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Proficiency in legal research and using case management software.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
