Role Overview

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Balance incidents, maintenance, technical debt, and root cause analysis alongside new feature development.
• Prioritize and refine the product backlog to deliver measurable customer value.
• Stay up to date on technology trends and emerging solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and third-party vendors to optimize delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational success.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner working with HR products.
• Experience working with third-party vendors.
• Ability to translate technical details into business language.
• Strong presence and presentation skills.
• Excellent spoken English.
