Sales and Customer Success Specialist

Role Overview

• Jump on every inbound lead fast (within seconds if possible!) and return calls, voicemails, texts, emails, and form submissions promptly.
• Run confident, engaging sales conversations that feel helpful and natural.
• Walk leads through pricing and services in plain simple terms.
• Follow a smart follow-up cadence using calls, texts, and emails.
• Check in with customers after their clean to confirm satisfaction and ask for reviews.
• Log accurate notes in our CRM (GoHighLevel) on every lead, quote, follow-up, and outcome.
• Help refine scripts, talk tracks, and quick-reply templates over time.

Requirements

• 1 year or more of sales or phone-based customer experience ideal.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Reliable computer, smartphone for calls and texts, noise-canceling headset, solid internet, webcam, and quiet workspace.
• Ownership and proactive follow-up skills.
• Ability to move conversations forward without pressure.
