Role Overview
- Shape, execute, and protect the Align brand voice and visual identity
- Own the content calendar, visual assets, and digital user journey
- Ensure compliance with branding guidelines and messaging integrity
- Plan and execute the full content lifecycle from quarterly campaigns to daily social media content
- Collaborate with SEO partners and analyze data for continual marketing improvements
- Build repeatable templates and workflows for creative processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in design (Canva mastery a must)
- Copywriting experience
- Short-form video production experience
- Ability to manage a complex content calendar and multiple stakeholders independently

- GTA Presence: Ability to get to our Mississauga and Toronto locations for content captures, team collaborations, and seasonal merchandising.
