Develop compelling product positioning, value propositions, and differentiated messaging for Workload Automation offerings.
Lead GTM strategy for new releases, capabilities, and market launches; partner closely with Product Management, Sales, Enablement, and Customer Success.
Create high-quality content including solution briefs, white papers, customer success stories, competitive analysis, customer presentations, and sales enablement tools.
Serve as a subject-matter expert for Workload Automation across internal teams, customer conversations, webinars, events, and analyst engagements.
Conduct ongoing market, customer, and competitive research to inform strategy and product direction.
Drive pipeline-building initiatives in partnership with Global Marketing, ensuring alignment across campaigns and regional execution.
Requirements
Bachelors and 12+ years of related experience
7+ years hands-on experience in Workload Automation, including deep familiarity with enterprise scheduling, orchestration, and automation ecosystems.
Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling business value for ITOps, DevOps, and DataOps personas.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated ability to produce high-quality technical and executive-level content.
Strong analytical, competitive research, and strategic planning skills.
Experience working in highly cross-functional environments with product, engineering, and sales organizations.
Background with Autosys, Automic, Control-M, or similar workload automation platforms.
Experience in enterprise software, automation, observability, or related IT operations domains.
Ability to present confidently to large audiences, analysts, and senior executive stakeholders.
