Manages IT projects of varying complexity within the Digital Next space, ensuring they are executed efficiently and in alignment with departmental goals.
Focuses on planning, execution, and team coordination within an Agile framework to facilitate the delivery of value.
Ensures clear communication among stakeholders and supports the project team in achieving its objectives.
Manages the planning, scheduling, and tracking of project deliverables, goals, and milestones to ensure timely completion.
Works with stakeholders to define project scope and manages the change control process with oversight from senior leadership.
Applies Agile methodologies to manage the project backlog, facilitate sprint ceremonies, and guide iterative development cycles.
Executes the project communication plan, ensuring stakeholders are consistently informed of progress, risks, and milestones.
Facilitates project meetings, workshops, and retrospectives to drive alignment and capture lessons learned.
Contributes to the development of the project budget and actively tracks project financials, including actuals, forecasts, and variances.
Identifies, documents, and monitors project risks and dependencies, working with teams to develop and implement mitigation and contingency planning.
Contributes to continuous improvement efforts within the PMO by analyzing project results and sharing key learnings.
Takes ownership of project outcomes from initiation to closure.

Bachelor’s degree in a related area required or a combination of education and progressively responsible work experience may be substituted.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Minimum of five (5) years’ IT experience required, including a minimum of five (3) years’ experience managing IT projects.
Experience speaking to and working on technical projects.
Demonstrated experience translating business strategies into actionable project plans.
Demonstrated experience leading projects with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
Experience with projects involving cloud technologies.
Demonstrated experience in resource management and change management techniques.
Computer skills and proficiency in MS Project; intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Completion of another recognized project management certification preferred.
Change management or Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred.
Experience with project portfolio management (PPM) tools (e.g., Targetprocess, Clarity, Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Project Online) preferred.
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) preferred.
Experience with Continuous Discovery and Delivery frameworks preferred.
Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, etc.) preferred.
