Product Designer

Role Overview

• Will contribute strategically and make a meaningful impact on the product to which they are assigned.
• Responsible for conceiving, evolving, and monitoring digital products.
• Actively participate in the discovery, strategic definition, development, and results analysis phases.
• Work oriented to business objectives, balancing user needs with the delivery of high-quality experiences.

Requirements

• Strong empathy for users.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both with the Design team and other departments.
• Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize tasks.
• Critical thinking applied to user needs and business objectives.
• Technical capability to plan and conduct user research, as well as analyze data and outcomes.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Strong self-management and accountability for deliverables.
• Intermediate to advanced English, with the ability to read and understand technical materials, participate in meetings, and interact with global teams.
