Role Overview
Lead end-to-end hiring for Resmed’s Global Supply Chain portfolio and adjacent business areas as needed.
Partner closely with Leaders to understand business priorities, capability gaps and future talent needs.
Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-calibre talent.
Use market insight, competitor mapping, and hiring data to shape recruiting strategies and support decision-making.
Deliver an excellent candidate experience for both active and passive talent.
Requirements
A strong track record hiring for supply chain and leadership roles within mid-sized to large international organisations.
Deep understanding of APAC talent markets, particularly Singapore and Johor Bahru, with the credibility and networks to engage quality talent.
Strength in proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and managing complex or business-critical searches.
Confidence working in a matrixed, fast-moving environment and influencing stakeholders across functions and geographies.
Commercial acumen, sound judgment, and the agility to balance strategic partnership with hands-on delivery.
Curiosity, resilience, and a passion for delivering great outcomes.
