Define and lead the talent acquisition strategy (IT & engineering)
Identify, approach, and recruit specialized profiles (consultants, experts, engineers)
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
Collaborate with proposal teams to quickly meet resourcing needs
Analyze client needs and define target profiles
Write and post targeted job advertisements
Conduct screening interviews and assess technical and behavioral competencies
Manage candidate follow-up throughout the recruitment process
Develop attraction strategies (LinkedIn, networking, partnerships, etc.)
Implement and optimize recruitment tools and processes
Contribute to employer branding and the visibility of TEHORA
Monitor the labor market and recruitment trends

University degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
Minimum 5 to 10 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT or engineering
Excellent knowledge of the technical talent market
Proven ability to assess a wide range of technical profiles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Results-oriented and able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized
Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
Fluency in French (spoken and written); English is an asset
