Role Overview
- Telephone support for prospects following a call script
- Conduct structured initial conversations to assess needs
- Maintain and document contacts in the CRM system
- Organize and prepare materials for financial advisory appointments
- Support events, seminars and team events
Requirements
- You are reliable, punctual and disciplined
- You are comfortable working within clearly structured processes
- You communicate pleasantly and professionally — both by phone and in writing
- You follow instructions precisely and document your work conscientiously
- Experience in sales, consulting or customer support is a plus — but not required
