Supporting thought leadership through awards, speaking opportunities, and positioning Hyperion’s leaders as credible voices in sustainable construction.
Owning and executing the content calendar across LinkedIn, blog posts, newsletters, case studies, website content, and sales materials.
Working closely with Sales to align marketing with pipeline goals and support project acquisition.
Creating and maintaining high-quality sales enablement materials such as presentations, one-pagers, and case studies.
Evaluating and managing industry events, sponsorships, and partnerships with a clear focus on business impact.
Overseeing website content, SEO, analytics, and digital performance.
Managing external suppliers where needed and continuously improving marketing effectiveness through data and insight.
Requirements
Solid B2B marketing experience, ideally within construction, infrastructure, engineering, energy, sustainability, or another relevant technical sector.
Confident in hands-on marketing execution and enjoy owning work end-to-end.
Some experience contributing to marketing strategy, planning, prioritisation, positioning, or senior-level discussions.
Proven track record in content marketing, communications, PR, or thought leadership-related work.
Strong understanding of how marketing supports business development, lead generation, and long B2B sales cycles.
Strong writing skills to translate technical topics into clear, engaging, and commercially relevant messaging.
Strong SEO knowledge, including keyword strategy, content optimisation, and organic growth.
Hands-on experience using Google Analytics and HubSpot to track performance, lead generation, and campaign effectiveness.
Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently with a high level of autonomy.
Confident collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
