Coordinate a plan for readiness and training to support the successful adoption of a new technology infrastructure
Work closely with the project team to promote change adoption and capability development
Design and implement people change frameworks, conducting change impact assessments
Collaborate with the Talent Development Partner and external partners on plans for readiness, training and embedding
Promote engagement with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity in decision-making
Oversee the production of clear, accessible and user-friendly learning and support resources

Proven experience, ideally in a people change role
Ability to influence leaders and teams at all organisational levels
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively
