Pharmacy Operations Coordinator II

Role Overview

• Ensure that the administration of the pharmacy program is accurate and compliant by supporting various operational tasks
• Support team members by answering their questions and providing support as needed
• Pharmacy operations experience focused on the implementation of quality process improvement efforts
• Documenting requirements and creating training materials
• Working directly with end users
• Review benefit/formulary setup and testing (new and year over year)
• Conduct data analysis to support operations
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Comply with all policies and standards

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of pharmacy experience, preferably in managed care environment
• Current state’s Pharmacy Technician license preferred
• Experience supporting pharmacy compliance initiatives
• Familiarity with state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Comfortable working a fixed schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
