Role Overview
- Post and apply cash receipts and support AR operations
- Manage and resolve customer trade deductions
- Analyze deductions, identify trends, and root causes
- Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to resolve discrepancies
- Support month-end close and reconciliations
- Assist with process improvements and special projects
Requirements
- 1+ year of Accounts Receivable experience (CPG a plus)
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups)
- Understanding of debits & credits
- Experience with trade deductions and customer portals
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business
