About this role

Establish Paynuity’s creative vision and ensure that customer-facing touchpoints embody standards of precision and security.
Own brand strategy and drive cross-functional creative initiatives.
Mentor internal and external talent and work closely with Product to deliver intuitive UX/UI experiences.
Conduct regular brand audits to ensure alignment across all assets.
Develop sophisticated visual concepts for campaigns, product launches, and thought-leadership pieces.
Translate complex financial and product data into clear, compelling visuals.

7+ years of progressive design experience, including 2+ years leading creative teams (agency or in-house).
Demonstrated mastery of PowerPoint for executive-level presentations and investor communications.
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and WordPress (Elementor or comparable page builders).
Portfolio showcasing sophisticated, data-driven collateral (e.g., investor decks) and intuitive UX/UI solutions.
Proven ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on design execution in fast-moving environments.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to executive audiences.
