About this role
Role Overview
Develop and implement the marketing plan for assigned business sectors in Quebec.
Act as an advisor to management and project teams on marketing priorities that support growth objectives.
Contribute to the development of the business plan and ensure effective implementation of all marketing activities for your sectors in Quebec.
Define and deploy sponsorship, conference and congress, partnership and event strategies to increase Stantec's regional brand awareness.
Develop and maintain partnerships with industry associations and other organizations aligned with target markets.
Design and deploy content marketing initiatives that strengthen the firm’s positioning.
Support internal teams in visibility initiatives, including participation in digital communications efforts.
Identify and prepare award submissions.
Collaborate with business-line marketing teams outside Quebec.
Work closely with key business development leaders in Quebec.
Requirements
University degree in marketing, communications, public relations or a related field.
5 to 7 years of experience in a similar marketing (B2B) or communications role.
Experience in the engineering, architecture and construction sectors or in a professional services/consulting environment is an asset.
Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative campaigns.
Strong team orientation and proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Good understanding of the B2B marketing environment, including traditional and digital channels.
Excellent project management skills, with a strong sense of end-to-end ownership of projects.
Ability to work independently while integrating effectively into a team in a context of changing priorities.
Experience presenting content and summaries to teams, including senior management.
Excellent command of French, both spoken and written; a good knowledge of English is required to support communications with teams outside Quebec.
Knowledge of emerging trends in energy transition, environmental and building sectors is an asset.
