Role Overview
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site operations, collaborating closely with the Quality team
- Ensure execution of civil works in compliance with technical specifications and quality standards
- Monitor construction progress and address technical issues
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and project management teams
- Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Control over the contractors for the construction works on the Site
- Daily and weekly construction reports preparation, as well as ad-hoc reports
- Responsible for Technical Book of Construction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in construction projects (preferably energy)
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and site management
- Familiarity with HSE standards and regulations is preferable
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel and work on-site.
