About this role
Role Overview
Administer benefits programs including open enrollment processes.
Manage the training platform and coordinate employee training initiatives.
Handle workers’ compensation claims and unemployment claims.
Process leave of absence requests and manage STD and LTD claims.
Administer COBRA notifications and compliance.
Prepare required reports such as EEO-1 and OSHA 3000.
Support new employee setup and address employee inquiries regarding 401k and wellness programs.
Coordinate employee wellness and rewards programs.
Conduct ACA end-of-year reviews and audits of employment files for compliance.
Assist with all other HR administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
Previous experience in HR administration is advantageous.
Familiarity with United States HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
