Identify inefficiencies within standard FP&A processes
Evaluate the business value of addressing process gaps or inefficiencies
Document current-state processes and propose scalable improvements
Assist in designing AI‑enabled process improvements
Help develop a repeatable, standard approach for leveraging AI in FP&A problem‑solving
Apply judgment in determining when AI tools enhance analysis versus manual approaches
Support ad‑hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed
Gather, analyze, and synthesize financial and operational data to inform insights
Prepare reports, presentations, and written summaries of findings
Translate analysis into clear, concise insights for leadership and non‑technical audiences
Partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to gather inputs and perspectives
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine analysis and recommendations
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Graduating December 2026 or later.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
Ability to synthesize information and communicate insights clearly, both verbally and in writing
Comfortable working independently on defined projects while collaborating within a team environment
High attention to detail and accuracy
Prior experience or coursework in financial analysis, data analysis, or related areas is a plus
