Overseeing the financial, operational, and resource management functions that support a fast‑paced, integrated marketing agency.
Partnering closely with creative, account, finance, and corporate teams to ensure efficient workflows, optimal resource allocation, vendor and procurement management, and accurate financial controls.
Managing financial reporting in conjunction with Acosta Finance, and providing insights into business trends, and issues.
Managing the buying/estimating and vendor relationships for the Agency.
Owner of Agency computer operating systems.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in business (Management, Finance, Accounting) required.
7 years’ experience in an agency, ideally working in management of a production and/or traffic and/or procurement and/or financial operations.
Experience managing, leading, planning, setting strategy and direction for department.
Master’s in accounting or MBA is desirable.
Ideally have a solid working understanding of print, packaging and collateral design and productions processes.
Knowledge of job workflow management.
Computer proficiency in general and on Microsoft Office specifically.
Proven ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork and results.
Strategic thinking ability with balanced analytical and creative approach to tactical planning.
Proficient at planning, assigning and coordinating execution of project tasks.
Strong self-management skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
