You place our job postings where the best talent is and ensure our applicant database is always up to date
Together with the Head of Talent Management, you review incoming applications, identify potential and make an initial shortlist of promising candidates
You are the first point of contact for applicants, keep them informed, answer questions and ensure a positive candidate experience
Through active sourcing, you proactively search for talent, approach suitable candidates directly and engage them for 1KOMMA5°
After your onboarding, you will conduct initial interviews independently, take ownership of your own vacancies and support the entire hiring process
Requirements
You are enrolled at a German university for at least two more semesters in a degree program in Human Resources or Business Administration and can support us 15–20 hours per week — ideally on at least three days per week. During semester breaks, 40 hours is possible
Ideally you already have initial experience in recruiting and are interested in employee recruitment
Independent, structured and detail-oriented working style
High reliability and strong communication skills
You speak German fluently (C-level)
