Work as part of a small team to implement Previse software for clients
Conduct requirements workshops and analysis to capture customer requirements
Perform issue resolution, analysis and troubleshooting of Previse software when implemented for clients
Support implementation and sales process of software for clients
Configure Previse software to meet client requirements
Analyze complex requirements and develop solutions with internal teams
Support system and regression testing, assisting client’s user testing
Provide informative and tailored customer training on the application

Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or closely related area
5 to 8 years of hands-on IT implementations within a Professional Services team, ideally within the Energy or Trading sector
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
Self-motivated and proactive approach to bridge knowledge gaps
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent documentation and presentation capabilities
Basic SQL / database management skills
Familiarity with some Project Management methodologies
Fluent in English and ideally fluent in German, any other languages are welcome
Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
