Role Overview
- Provide legal, privacy, and compliance advice
- Act as the liaison between Allianz Digital Health (ADH) and Allianz Group functions
- Manage contracts, including IT-related agreements with customers and suppliers
- Maintain the data protection and compliance organization
- Conduct employee training and perform risk assessments
- Provide privacy guidance for ADH's software products
- Promote a data privacy culture through tailored training programs
- Maintain the compliance management system and relevant Allianz programs
Requirements
- Completed law degree: German Second State Examination, LL.M., Doctor of Laws, or European equivalent
- Privacy certification (e.g., CIPP/E) is a plus
- Minimum of three years' professional experience in contract and IT law
- Experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel handling privacy, IT law, and regulatory matters
- Fluent in English, including legal terminology
- Strong ability to draft, review, and negotiate contracts
- Self-motivated and able to work independently on legal, regulatory, and privacy topics
- Experience as a data protection and/or compliance officer
- Knowledge of legal aspects of information security and digitalization regulation is a plus
- Target-oriented, diligent, and highly accountable
