Conducting on-site and remote audits of national and international license partners
Reviewing revenue reports, license fees and contractual obligations
Analyzing business processes and identifying deviations or risks
Creating structured audit reports, including recommendations for action
Tracking corrective actions and ensuring implementation
Continuously improving audit standards, methods and tools
Close collaboration with departments such as Legal, Finance and Partner Management

University degree in business administration, auditing, finance or a related field
Several years of professional experience in audit, compliance or external auditing
Ideally experience with licensing or franchise models
Analytical thinking and strong numerical affinity
Structured, independent way of working and assertiveness
Very good communication skills in German and English
Additional languages, e.g. Italian or Spanish, are an advantage
Willingness to travel approximately 30% of working time (Europe)
