As part of the setup of a new Adoption & Enablement department within the group‑wide IT organization, you will support us with demanding and varied tasks
You will contribute to the design and implementation of communication measures related to IT services, changes and new ways of working
You will create content and formats such as intranet posts, short copy, presentations, campaign assets or simple visuals
You will support the further development of existing communication channels and bring in new ideas for formats and touchpoints
You will participate in the planning and execution of enablement and adoption activities such as internal events, sessions or awareness initiatives
You will create end‑user learning materials such as manuals, videos or webinars
You will work closely with internal stakeholders such as Communications, IT teams and other corporate functions
You will independently take on smaller work packages and projects in the areas of communication and service adoption
Requirements
You are a matriculated student in Communications, Media, Business, Social or Humanities studies or a comparable degree program
You have a strong interest in communication, change topics and digital collaboration
You enjoy contributing ideas, experimenting and further developing formats
You have very good written communication skills in German and English
You are confident with common Office tools and ideally have experience with Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools
You work in a structured and independent way and are open to new topics
Ideally, you have already gained initial practical experience through internships, working‑student roles or university projects
