Build and maintain strong relationships within Distributors at all levels and across multiple functional areas
Create, track, and follow up with LF and Distributor personnel on demand creation focus account distributor programs
Support and grow the LF distribution sales channel within the region
Primary interface for Branch Managers, Product Managers, and sales personnel/reps for key distributors to gain maximum mind share
Establish and execute on mutual growth objectives with distributors driven by effective training programs such as NPI (new product introduction), design reviews, and quarterly business reviews
Link sales and branch FAEs to maximize multi-technology demand creation and sales
Support and maintain LF’s Distributor Registration program
Understand distributors requirements and recommend suitable electronic components (circuit protection, switches, power semiconductors, sensors, relay, and circuit breakers)
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics or related field
Proven experience in technical sales in electronic components
Strong understanding of electronic circuits, components, and applications
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
The ability to maintain effective working relationships with Sales teams, local Sales Reps, Channel Partners, Product Managers, Technical Marketing, Marcom and Corporate functions
Ability to travel minimum of 50% to distribution branches within your region
