About this role

Identify and acquire potential partners in the housing sector on the German market
Provide tailored advice to landlords, property owners and property management companies on corporate housing concepts
Support partners by phone, in writing and virtually
Explain complex tax and financial issues related to housing
Actively contribute to the further development of services and processes in housing procurement

Professional experience in the German real estate industry
Ability to explain complex matters clearly and persuasively
Confident user of IT systems, CRM tools and digital applications
Able to work independently, in a structured manner, and with a sense of responsibility
Excellent German language skills
Communicative, charismatic personality
