Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of experience in a corporate environment
Proven ability to drive data-led talent strategies that reduce time-to-fill and improve quality-of-hire
Expert-level command of HR and enterprise tools (Gemini Gems, LinkedIn Talent Insights, etc) as well as labor market research platforms
Skilled at managing cross-functional stakeholders and presenting evidence-based talent solutions
Ability to convert market research into tangible competitive advantages.
