Demonstrate an understanding of the construction industry and effectively manage the processing, coordination, and execution of contracts and subcontracts.
Understand contractual requirements, scopes of work, and terms and conditions.
Use productivity tools such as Windows applications, intranet workflows, SAP, Cora PPM, and NEX/CPQ to manage and track documentation, approvals, purchase requisitions, reports, vendor setups, bid deviation requests, Avetta processes, etc.
Collaborate with project managers and professionals in finance, procurement, contracts, and administration to ensure smooth project execution.
Oversee administrative tasks related to contracts, subcontracts, and client-required documentation.
Interpret and create spreadsheets and reports effectively.
Independently manage workload and meet deadlines.
Work effectively in a virtual environment and with MS Office using phone, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and the Internet.
Manage multiple projects and project managers simultaneously.
Be prepared to support other team members as a backup during absences.
Consistently meet and maintain company and team performance objectives.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a financial or commercial function related to the construction or field services industry, or in other related industries.
Minimum 2 years of experience managing competing priorities, communicating effectively, and supporting multiple teams.
More than 2 years of experience with SAP.
Bilingual in French and English required.
High school diploma required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Cora.
Experience with Salesforce.
Post-secondary degree in a relevant field.
Experience working in a project-based environment.
Proficiency with project management software and tools.
