Senior Finance Operations Specialist

Role Overview

• Take ownership of complex financial operations from start to finish
• Own the preparation and maintenance of revenue and spend accruals
• Ensure accurate intercompany reconciliation and provide data for foreign entities
• Execute monthly allocations and recharges to enable faster and more reliable financial reporting
• Collaborate with external stakeholders and act as an escalation point for complex operational issues
• Serve as a strategic contact for Managing Directors and business units on finance topics

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Finance Operations, Accounting, or similar roles
• Strong experience in high-volume, tech-driven environments with a focus on scalability
• Deep understanding of AP/AR, billing, reconciliation, and financial data flows
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred)
• Proven track record of increasing automation to reduce manual workload across teams
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively with non-finance stakeholders
• Fluent in German and English
