Turn customer, market and competitor insight into practical recommendations that influence senior decision ‑ making
Create compelling strategy papers and narratives to support product change, investment and prioritisation
Work closely with pricing, clinical, governance and operational teams to ensure strategies are viable, compliant and deliver fair value
Act as Product Lead on strategic initiatives, product improvements and regulatory projects
Requirements
Strong strategy experience — typically 3–5 years in strategy roles or environments where shaping direction and influencing decisions were core to the role
Comfortable tackling complex, ambiguous problems and turning them into clear recommendations
Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong slide writing and storytelling skills
Ability to turn complex or unclear information into concise, senior‑ready outputs
Able to work at pace and adapt quickly as priorities change
