Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure their satisfaction, identify improvement opportunities and provide effective support, addressing commercial demands through consultative sales;
Introduce yourself to new clients after credentialing through the support channels (written and phone);
Actively contact clients to map performance and opportunities, carrying out negotiations and renegotiations;
Work proactively to anticipate potential churn and take action to reverse it;
Contribute actively to projects and continuous improvement initiatives with the goal of helping build the team;
Ensure compliance with commercial agreements made with clients.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales/Commercial area;
Currently enrolled in or completed Higher Education;
Experience with proactive, B2B client contact;
Clear and effective communication;
Proficiency in managing multiple channels;
Ability to build and strengthen relationships with clients and the team;
Skill to identify, analyze and resolve problems assertively;
Resilience and flexibility to adapt to change with an entrepreneurial mindset.
