- Recruit, hire and train positive, enthusiastic employees.
- Develop, manage and assign tasks appropriately.
- Maintain a professional image among subordinates and supervisor.
- Schedule employees within Company guidelines.
- Develop positive and professional relationships with all suppliers.
- Promote excellent service and resolve customer complaints.
- Prepare on-going performance appraisals for all employees.
- Train all employees on safety procedures.
- Evaluate and develop specific action plans for site needs.
- Analyze daily sales and expense information to maximize profits.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in retail sales preferred.
- Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials.
- Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory control, cash control, etc.
- A valid driver’s license and adequate transportation.
- Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English.
