About this role
Role Overview
- Support ongoing account maintenance for the voucher business across our shopping centers
- Take responsibility for the monthly review and account reconciliation for the voucher business
- Actively manage payment and voucher service providers
- Design relevant KPIs for monitoring and reporting
- Identify optimization potential and drive automation initiatives
- Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth interface communication
Requirements
- A completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent and several years of professional experience in accounting/controlling
- Ideally, initial experience in process and project management
- Enjoy working with data and performing analytical tasks
- Proficient in common accounting software (SAP) and MS Office (especially Excel)
- Good English skills
