Role Overview
- Managing and overseeing general ledger accounts and journal entries in QBO
- Check if transactions are correctly categorized into the general ledger in QBO and in 1C
- Posting payroll entries in QBO for 30+ employees
- Apply VAT to 300 monthly invoices (mostly to non-resident customers) auto created in QBO
- Perform account reconciliations excluding cash, supplier and customer accounts
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, and company policies
- Manage and oversee tax compliance, including VAT, payroll tax, and corporate tax filings
- Assist in internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports
- Manage and oversee regulatory online filings compliance
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a global business network
- IRFS certification
- Bachelor or higher degree
- Minimum B2 English level
- Advanced Microsoft Office level
- Experience in global accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics etc.
