Collaborate with a strategist and wider project teams to understand target audiences, help develop great Tone of Voice-led copy from key messaging to successfully deliver creative campaigns.
Ensure all copy outputs are aligned with our Deliveroo brand tone of voice and ensure quality and consistency across all assets.
Presenting strategy aligned creative concepts to internal stakeholders
Work to deadlines, and effectively manage your workload collaborating with project managers and studio team peers to meet key project milestones.
Requirements
A copywriter with a real love for words, conceptual thinking and creative problem solving.
4+ years of experience in an in-house and/or agency creative department.
A strong creative portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of brand = building copy and creative and storytelling through written communication.
Varied experience showing you can adapt copy to fit across a variety of channels
Ability to flex and adapt to a range of projects both big and small
Exceptional presentation skills, with proven experience of communicating with stakeholders and the ability to confidently navigate feedback
Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects
A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with teams and to learn and adapt with a fast, growing business.
Driven to inject insights and creativity into the most basic copy spaces.
Great to have:
Experience working with retail or food brands
Experience in working with tech or app based brands
Experience working with Google Workspaces including slides, docs
Experience of using Asana
Strong understanding of emerging tools and technology including AI for copy
