Receive, check, register and release internal special and investment orders (asset capitalization, decommissioning, disposal, service, etc.), verifying the conformity of information and recording data in internal systems to ensure proper control and correct cost allocation.
Assist in processing employee travel expense reports, judicial liabilities and debit notices, performing analyses, reconciliations and entries in the accounting system to ensure correct classification and regularization of financial and legal matters.
Assist in preparing data and recording depreciation and amortization of fixed assets and of loans and financing, performing accurate calculations and accounting entries to correctly reflect the financial impacts in the company's records.
Assist in gathering data for the preparation of the company’s financial statements according to Brazilian standards, compiling information, verifying documents and checking applicable accounting criteria to meet legal requirements and ensure transparency of financial information.
Use and assist in the development of software applications aimed at accounting activities, identifying automation needs, testing solutions and supporting the development of tools to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.
Assist in the analysis and preparation of analytical schedules for accounting accounts, identifying outstanding items, making necessary adjustments and performing reconciliations of settled entries to ensure the integrity and clarity of accounting information.
Assist in authorizing payments under loan and financing agreements, verifying calculations, evaluating provisions for charges and monitoring monetary adjustments of debts to ensure timeliness and accuracy of the company’s financial obligations.
Ensure best practices related to Quality, Environment, Occupational Safety and Social Responsibility standards, in addition to ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, statutory and contractual requirements.
Act in accordance with the corporate Compliance and Ethics program, following rules defined and aligned with company guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory, statutory and contractual requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
