Develop strategic approaches to engage the client portfolio under your responsibility;
Build a strong relationship with each client and work to keep contract health stable, opening possibilities for expansion;
Monitor, address and reverse churn;
Retain clients through friendly and productive relationships;
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Law, Public Management or related fields.
Strong logical reasoning and aptitude for analyzing data/information;
Organized to ensure quality in deliverables;
Experience in customer service within Customer Success;
Professional demeanor to build credibility with diverse client profiles;
Resilience to handle pressure, client resistance and multiple demands;
Clear and assertive communication skills;
Experience and solid knowledge of procurement/bidding processes;
