Plan and execute internal marketing and employee engagement initiatives, developing internal campaigns that promote engagement, strengthen organizational culture, and ensure strategic alignment among employees;
Create and maintain a monthly communications calendar;
Produce and review content for internal channels (emails, intranet, newsletters, etc.);
Support the organization of internal events and engagement activities;
Ensure communication consistency with the company’s culture and identity;
Update and manage internal communication channels;
Support measurement of results from initiatives (email open rates, engagement, etc.);
Respond to internal communication requests from leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, or related fields;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
Basic knowledge of communication tools (Microsoft Office, Canva, etc.);
Interest in corporate communications and organizational culture;
Collaborative, hands-on, organized, and flexible work style;
Previous experience (internship or projects) in internal communications;
Familiarity with communication and engagement metrics;
