Maintain customer contact and build long-term relationships with strategically important key accounts
Serve as the primary point of contact between the customer and the company to ensure consistent communication and customer satisfaction
Understand the customer's business needs and challenges to offer tailored solutions and value-adding services
Conduct contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions to maximize revenue and profitability
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within assigned accounts
Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market developments relevant to the customer's sector.

Strong knowledge of sales processes and contract negotiation
Good knowledge of metrology and Trescal's services
Familiarity with the sales process
Excellent communication skills in German and English are required
Ability to present confidently to customers and internal stakeholders
Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Trescal systems (CRM, ERP, etc.)
