Perform the accounting and managerial routines for financial close, budgeting and trends/forecast for Grupo Boticário's inventory losses, ensuring data accuracy;
Manipulate and correlate large volumes of data to identify deviations and opportunities and to support business decision-making, working strategically with the Supply Chain area;
Consolidate and prepare executive materials (presentations) and present them to leadership, translating financial analysis into business actions;
Identify bottlenecks in current processes and propose automations or new workflows that increase the area's efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields;
Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning, both for analysis and database management;
Ability to synthesize information and prepare executive materials for decision-making;
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal partners and interact with executive leadership;
Hands-on, curious, resilient, collaborative and organized profile, focused on continuous process improvement and comfortable working autonomously;
Knowledge of Google tools (Sheets, Slides, Looker, GCP, etc.);
Prior experience with inventory loss topics is desirable, either in finance or supply chain.
