Lead launches of new products and features, ensuring alignment across key areas and communicating updates to customers and the market;
Act as the guardian of product positioning, translating customer pains and feedback and the product's value proposition into clear messages for different communication channels;
Proactively contribute to the product-led growth (PLG) strategy by ensuring initiatives drive customer adoption across different product features;
Strategically manage the customer lifecycle, driving improvements across the entire nurture, adoption, and engagement journey;
Actively collaborate with product, customer success, and marketing teams on initiatives that boost product performance;
Serve as the Voice of the Customer in product discussions, participating from discovery and supporting user journey mapping;
Conduct market and competitive research with a close eye on key industry trends;
Interview customers weekly to understand their pains and needs and use these insights to enrich product and product marketing initiatives;
Lead pricing and packaging strategies;
Build Go-To-Market plans.
Requirements
Degree in fields such as Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, or related areas;
Minimum of 2 years of experience in product marketing;
Ability to connect cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders for product marketing initiatives;
Ability to synthesize data and insights into analyses that inform and enhance product marketing strategies.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience with the SMB (small and medium-sized business) market is a plus;
Prior experience implementing PLG strategies is a plus.
