Role Overview
- Identify new and emerging risks driven by legal, regulatory, and policy developments
- Develop comprehensive risk mitigation strategies designed to meet new legal requirements and ensure compliance
- Coordinate across the Law and Global Compliance team and ensure the strategies and actions are shared with relevant stakeholders
- Manage and mentor analysts on the Emerging Enterprise Risk and Strategy and across the Corporate Compliance teams
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or higher
- 10+ years of experience in a highly regulated industry as a legal or compliance professional or working collaboratively with business partners to identify and assess new regulatory requirements or developing risk mitigation plans for new or emerging risks
- 5+ years as a manager, practice leader, or practicing regulatory attorney
