Your mission:
As Head of AI Solutions, you are at the heart of the growth of this SaaS business line.
You lead technical delivery, product vision and customer adoption of our solutions, with significant client-facing and pre-sales exposure.
You will join a team of experts to evolve this product in terms of features, traffic and customers, while structuring a “solutions” approach to address increasingly complex client needs.
Co-lead strategic direction, prioritization and delivery with the Director of Product
Contribute to pre-sales phases and the creation of bespoke offers
Design and implement scalable, product-oriented architectures
Challenge technical decisions and ensure the overall quality of solutions
Structure and optimize the team organization to maximize impact
Present and design technical solutions tailored to client needs

You have between 5 and 15 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years of management experience.
You are comfortable in client-facing contexts, able to explain complex technical topics in plain language and to structure pre-sales discussions.
You are highly user-centric and enjoy interacting directly with clients to understand their challenges and build appropriate solutions.
You have a strong ability to operate in hybrid environments combining engineering, product, data and AI.
Experience in developing or deploying large-scale SaaS solutions is a plus.
