Conduct on-site and remote audits of national and international license partners
Review revenue reports, license fees and contractual obligations
Analyze business processes and identify deviations or risks
Prepare structured audit reports, including actionable recommendations
Follow up on actions and ensure implementation
Continuously improve audit standards, methodologies and tools
Work closely with departments such as Legal, Finance and Partner Management

Degree in Business Administration, Auditing, Finance or a comparable field
Several years of professional experience in audit, compliance or external auditing
Ideally, experience with licensing or franchise models
Analytical mindset and strong numerical aptitude
Structured, independent working style and assertiveness
Excellent communication skills in German and English; additional languages such as Italian or Spanish are an advantage
Willingness to travel approximately 30% of working time (Europe)
