Role Overview
Lead leadership development programs tailored to the challenges and dynamics of the agribusiness sector (decentralized operations, field teams, seasonality, etc.)
Conduct regular team follow-ups with close presence in operations (including field visits), supporting leaders in performance management, climate and engagement
Map and develop behavioral and technical competencies aligned with the specific needs of the agribusiness business
Design and implement career and development pathways, respecting distinct realities (corporate, industrial, and field)
Support performance evaluation cycles and the construction of Individual Development Plans (IDPs), ensuring practical applicability in operations
Act as a strategic partner to leadership with a consultative, solution-focused approach
Analyze people metrics (turnover, absenteeism, engagement, performance) and propose actions aligned with the agribusiness context
Drive culture and engagement initiatives, taking into account challenges such as geographic dispersion and diverse profiles
Requirements
Solid experience in DHO / Organizational Development
Hands-on experience in leadership development (day-to-day execution, not only program design)
Experience with competency mapping and performance evaluation cycles
Ability to work closely with operations, with availability for site visits and field follow-up
Consultative profile with influencing skills and effective communication across leadership levels
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related fields
