Manage the full lifecycle of contracts for HCP consulting, clinical research, medical education, and special projects—from initiation through closeout
Serve as the primary point of contact for HCPs and vendors, providing a professional, responsive, and concierge-level experience
Coordinate closely with Legal, Marketing, CRMS, and other internal teams to ensure contracts, amendments, and work orders are accurate and executed on time
Track contract milestones, obligations, and deliverables; maintain clear documentation and historical records
Ensure accurate application of fair market value (FMV) and adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
Support event operations related to HCP engagements, including: Vendor coordination (venues, labs, catering, travel, etc.) Budget estimates and sourcing options Cost reconciliation and on-time payment processing
Monitor progress, compile data, and provide reporting to support planning and compliance
Identify gaps or inefficiencies and proactively recommend improvements to processes, tools, or communication
Contribute to special projects that support broader CRMS and commercial objectives
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant experience supporting contracts, operations, events, or cross-functional coordination
Experience supporting contracts in healthcare, medical device, life sciences, or another regulated industry
Familiarity with contract management systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, or similar)
