Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decisions related to staffing, strategy, governance, and budget planning.
Create clear, compelling narratives and visual materials that effectively communicate complex topics to a variety of audiences.
Lead and manage special projects and programs, applying sound judgment and best practices in change management to ensure successful outcomes.
Represent divisional leadership in meetings and communications, fostering alignment and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
Identify and implement improvements to business management and executive office processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Build and maintain strong working relationships across teams to support business priorities and ensure consistent communication of leadership objectives.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the business landscape to provide informed recommendations and support evolving priorities.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
At least 10 years of experience in roles such as executive office operations, business operations, program or project management, or similar functions.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Office, Teams, and SharePoint, with advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience developing executive-level communications and presentations, with proficiency in presentation software and data analysis tools.
